Diwali boxes: pre-orders are open

Our story

Two shops, one family, since 2004.

Samrat Sweets opened on Nashik Road in 2004. Super Sweets followed on Pathardi Road in 2018. Same family, same recipes, the same early mornings at the kadhai.

From one counter to two shops.

Where it all began
Est. 2004

2004: It started on Nashik Road

In 2004 the family opened Samrat Sweets near Muktidham on Nashik Road: one counter, a short list of mithai and recipes that had been made at home for years. Milk was reduced slowly, sweets were shaped by hand, and the mithai on the counter was made that morning.

Sunday ras malai regulars
Word of mouth

2004–2018: Nashik made it its own

Word travelled the way it does in Nashik: through weddings, pujas, birthdays and office Diwali boxes. Families who came for pedha on good-news days came back for ras malai on Sundays. The kitchen grew with them, adding Bengali sweets, gift boxes and large orders for functions across the city.

Shop no. 2!

2018: Super Sweets opens on Pathardi Road

Fourteen years on, the family opened Super Sweets, The Zone of Taste, on Wadala–Pathardi Road opposite Metro Zone. A new name for a new side of the city, with the same recipes and the same rule: fresh every morning.

Today: Two counters, one standard

Today both shops fill their counters fresh each morning, take festival and wedding orders, pack gift boxes, and now take orders on WhatsApp too. The menu has grown; the way it's made hasn't.

Made fresh,

made right.

Authentic, fresh, and worth the trust.

  1. 1.

    Authentic recipes

Recipes passed down through generations, made the traditional way. Kaju katli rolled thin, pedha cooked slow, chakli from proper bhajani. No shortcuts that change the taste.

  2. 2.

    Fresh every morning

Mithai is made fresh every day in small batches, with no preservatives. Milk sweets never sit on the counter for days.

  3. 3.

    Quality you can taste

Only the finest ingredients go in: good milk and khoya, whole nuts, real saffron and cardamom. If an ingredient isn't right, the batch isn't made.

  4. 4.

    Trusted since 2004

More than twenty years of weddings, festivals, birthdays and office orders across Nashik. Families come back, and bring the next generation with them.

From the first boil to the gift box.

  1. Before sunrise

    Milk on the fire

Milk is reduced slowly for khoya and pedha, stirred so it never catches.

  2. Early morning

    Shaped by hand

Laddoos rolled, katli cut into diamonds, rolls sliced so every swirl shows.

  3. Mid-morning

    Fresh on the counter

Trays go out to both shops. Jamuns are fried fresh through the morning.

  4. All day

    Packed to be gifted

Boxes are filled to order for festivals, weddings and visits.

The people who make it.

  • Keeper of the recipes

Opened Samrat Sweets in 2004 and still tastes every new batch.

  • Master of the kadhai

Boondi and jamuns, fried by eye and by ear.

  • The Pathardi Road counter

Opened Super Sweets in 2018 and runs gift boxes and bulk orders.
